The Vision
Elevessence's vision is to partner with like-minded organizations who share our goal of becoming the barrier-breakers in employment practices that restrict specific individuals from the pathways to become productive citizens and to reduce the stigma placed on marginalized individuals. We are dedicated to ensuring our partners are staffed with motivated participants who will maintain loyalty and gratification to those who give them a second chance. We believe that those whose opportunities in the workforce are limited are some of the most dedicated employees because they know first-hand the struggles in people only seeing their histories and not what they can become. We maintain that our screening process will match you with the most appropriate candidate to meet your short and long-term needs.

Our Approach
We assign a dedicated Field Specialist to meet with you or a designated team member on-site to explore partnership opportunities and understand your immediate and long-term staffing needs. Utilizing tools commonly used by operations managers, we help you forecast workforce demand, streamline inputs and outputs, and reduce operational waste.
Our Field Specialist are equipped to manage every stage of the staffing process directly on-site. Once our partnership is in place, they will conduct monthly on-site visits to collaborate with key personnel, evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen our working relationship.
We manage the full onboarding process — from skills assessments and background checks to drug screenings and payroll services.
